Ronel Winnaar has more than 15 years of experience in financial management, project finance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, governance and business improvement. She has developed a broad understanding of supporting organisations and teams in achieving their financial and operational goals.
Ronel is a qualified Professional Accountant (SA) and a CIMA Management Level professional. She holds a BCom Honours in Management Accounting from Stellenbosch University. Her experience spans various industries and includes working with multidisciplinary teams, managing complex financial portfolios, supporting projects, monitoring costs and providing financial information to assist with informed decision-making.
She brings a collaborative, practical and solutions-focused approach, with a particular interest in project financial management and cost control.
Beyond the numbers, Ronel enjoys continuous learning and spending time outdoors, particularly hiking, exploring nature and going on wildlife safaris.
